YEREVAN, April 23. /ARKA/. Armenia airline has launched regular flights from Yerevan to France’s third largest town of Lyon, the Main Civil Aviation Administration reported on Monday.
The head of the Main Civil Aviation Administration Sergey Avetisyan said there is a large demand for this route because of a strong Armenian community in Lyon.
"Flights to Lyon will fill the gap in the market and allow French and other tourists to visit our country," Avetisyan said.
The airline will carry out regular flights Yerevan-Lyon-Yerevan by Boeing 737 aircraft twice a week - on Mondays and Thursdays. The duration of the flight will be 4 hours and 10 minutes. --0--
