Since the Soviet Union, Armenia has been considered a technology center, says Rem Darbinyan, founding director of Smart Click.
According to him, Armenia should become a country of artificial intelligence technologies. ‘We have the potential for it, and it can bring billions of dollars to Armenia. For this, a state strategy and targeted work are necessary.’
