Armenian exports to the U.S. may not be directly affected by the tariffs imposed by President Donald Trump, but competition in other markets where Armenia is present, apart from Russia, will become even more intense, says economist Hrant Mikayelyan.
According to him, European, Japanese, Chinese exporters will compete much more intensively to compensate for their losses in the American market. Armenia may suffer in this context, as the competition will narrow down․
