Food and other poisoning cases increase during New Year holidays

New law to protect Armenian alcoholic drinks from falsification

At an extraordinary meeting on Tuesday Armenia’s parliament adopted in the first reading a set of amendments to the law on alcoholic beverages, which according to a deputy minister of agriculture Robert Makaryan, are aimed at eliminating some discrepancies in the current law, revision and tightening of some of the wordings to make them comply with modern realities.
