ICRC representatives visit ex-presidents of Nagorno-Karabakh and other former officials arrested in Azerbaijan
Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) on October 20 visited former Nagorno-Karabakh зresidents Arkady Ghukasyan, Bako Sahakyan, Arayik Harutyunyan, former State Minister Ruben Vardanyan, former Foreign Minister David Babayan, as well as former Defense Army Commander and Deputy Commander Levon Mnatsakanyan and David Manukyan, held in Azerbaijani prison, said Zara Amatuni, head of communications programs at the ICRC Armenian Delegation.
