In a statement issued today the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) strongly refutes and condemns the fake news spread by the Azerbaijani mass media that the Defense Army of Artsakh is moving and concentrating various military equipment in different directions of the Line of Contact.
