Republican Party of Armenia to run in snap polls

The former ruling Republican Party of Armenia (HHK), chaired by ex-president Serzh Sargsyan, will make an alliance with the Hayrenik (Homeland) party, led by ex-director of the National Security Party, to contest the snap parliamentary elections, slated for June 20, HHK said on April 29 following a meeting of its executive body.
