One of the largest audit companies – BDO acquired “Ameria Audit”

YEREVAN, March 19. /ARKA/. One of the largest audit companies - BDO (Binder Dijker Otte & Co) acquired “Ameria Audit” with the purpose of providing audit services in Armenia, press-service of the group of companies “Ameria” informed on Monday ARKA News Agency.

In its result, a new brand “BDO Armenia” will appear in Armenia.

According to the press-release, on Tuesday a press-conference will take place where representative of BDO Aleksandr Verenkov and Director of “BDO Armeia” Artur Andreasyan will take place.

Group of companies BDO is within the fifth in the world in terms of total revenues of international association of independent accounting and consulting companies BDO. Each company within the association is an independent legal entity in his country. From January 1, 2010 all participant-groups of the association function under the brand BDO. Total brand means global opportunities in the network, its unity which means that high quality of services are guaranteed on which the client can rely in applying to BDO in any time of the planet.

Association BDO was established in 1963 by the companies of Europe, USA and Canada. Over 48 000 employees from thousands of offices in 135 countries serve leading companies in all the branches of economy, including transnational corporations and leading financial institutions of the world.
