Apartment prices practically unchanged in Yerevan in May from April

Average apartment per square meter prices in Armenia's capital city Yerevan in May compared to April remained practically unchanged, according to the latest data from the State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre.
YEREVAN, July 2. /ARKA/. Average apartment per square meter prices in Armenia's capital city Yerevan in May compared to April remained practically unchanged, according to the latest data from the State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre.
The highest price of apartments in the capital was in Kentron (Center) administrative district - 428,000 and the lowest price was in Nubarashen district- 156,700 drams.
Average per square meter prices for apartments in multi-apartment blocks also remained unchanged.
Outside Yerevan, the highest apartment price was reported in the resort town of Tsakhkadzor in central Kotayk region – 292,400 drams and the lowest - in Dastakert community in the southern Syunik region and in Shamlugh – 8,000 drams per square meter of housing. ($ 1 - 472.53 drams). –0--
