Armenia presented Vietnam with tools to boost bilateral trade

YEREVAN, April 2. /ARКА/. On Wednesday, Armenian Deputy Minister of Economy Edgar Zakaryan received Vietnamese Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Phan Thi Thang, who is in Yerevan as part of the delegation of the Vietnamese parliament.

The parties discussed a number of issues related to strengthening existing economic ties between the two countries and expanding new opportunities for cooperation. The need to fully utilize the untapped economic potential was also emphasized, highlighting the prospects for cooperation within the free economic zones in Armenia.

The Vietnamese delegation was presented with the tools of the Armenian Ministry of Economy aimed at attracting foreign investment, as well as trade regimes that can help boost bilateral trade.
