Gasoline prices grow by 39.1% YoY in Armenia

YEREVAN, June 5. /ARKA/. Gasoline prices in Armenia went up by 39.1% in May 2024 compared to May 2023, while diesel prices grew by 6.2%, a report by the country’s National Statistics Committee revealed on Wednesday.

Gasoline and diesel prices increased by 0.3% and 0.1% respectively in May compared to April and dropped by 6.2% and 4.3%, respectively, compared to December 2023.

According to the report, prices on non-food products generally remained unchanged in May 2024 compared to the same month in 2023, having also decreased by 0.4% compared to April 2024.
