Korean premier: South Korea to continue support to Armenia through KOICA

South Korean Premier Hwang Sik-Kim expressed willingness of Seoul to continue support to Yerevan during the meeting with Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan, press-service of the Ministry informs.
YEREVAN, February 24. /ARKA/. South Korean Premier Hwang Sik-Kim expressed willingness of Seoul to continue support to Yerevan during the meeting with Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan, press-service of the Ministry informs.Korea is ready to support Armenia through Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA).
KOICA is implementing in Armenia a number of programs, including technical support since 1994.
During the meeting in Seoul the parties expressed confidence that celebration of 20 years of diplomatic relations between two countries will be a starting point for the development of interaction, and expressed willingness to undertake necessary steps in this direction.
Nalbandyan expressed his gratitude to Korean Premier for the support to Armenian since its independence.
The parties discussed issues related to the second summit on nuclear security to be organized in Seoul (March 26-27) and preparation to the World Exhibition EXPO-2012 to take place in Korea in May-August, as well as participation of Armenia in these important events. -0-
