Major taxpayers provided half of budget receipts in Q3

Some 468 major Armenian taxpayers paid a total of about 67bln drams to the country’s budget or 49.6% of overall tax receipts in the third quarter of 2012, says the analysis of monitoring of the major taxpayers by Armenian State Revenue Committee.
YEREVAN, December 5. /ARKA/. Some 468 major Armenian taxpayers paid a total of about 67bln drams to the country’s budget or 49.6% of overall tax receipts in the third quarter of 2012, says the analysis of monitoring of the major taxpayers by Armenian State Revenue Committee.
According to the analysis report, tax bodies made 111 planned inspections and an additional of 414 inspections requested by state agencies during the third quarter. As a result, extra 1.9bln drams were paid to the budget in the period. ($1=407.16drams). –0--
