YEREVAN, January 27. /ARКА/. There is intelligence on the use of psychotropic drugs against former Karabakh leaders who are on trial in Baku, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said last week.
“Are you saying that we are happy that they are there? Psychotropic drugs are used against the accused in order to obtain evidence against the Republic of Armenia. We have intelligence that proves this... Are you saying that we are happy that our political opponents are in a Baku prison? How can you even think about such a thing?” he said in an interview with the Public Television of Armenia.
According to the prime minister, the Armenian authorities are using all available resources for their speedy release.
