The votes you obtained in the free and fair elections is a vote for continuing the reforms aimed at development and democratization, says the message of President Kocharian.
Maintaining Armenia’s economic growth rates, overcoming the poverty and providing new quality of life, deepening international involvement of the country, settling Karabakh conflict – finally and fairly - here are only some of the objectives the people assigned you to achieve, said the President.
He also expressed confidence that the newly elected president will invest all of his knowledge and skills in achieving these goals.
“I am confident that the coming years of your office will show strengthening of the stability in the country and deepening the tolerance in the society.
