Armenian president receives congratulations on his 60th birthday anniversary

Russian President Vladimir Putin has sent a congratulatory message to his Armenian counterpart Serzh Sargsyan on the occasion of the latter’s sixtieth anniversary.
YEREVAN, June 30. / ARKA /. Russian President Vladimir Putin has sent a congratulatory message to his Armenian counterpart Serzh Sargsyan on the occasion of the latter’s sixtieth anniversary.
In the letter Putin underlines Sargsyan’s contribution to the strengthening of the allied partnership between Armenia and Russia, expressing confidence that Armenia’s imminent accession to the Eurasian Economic Union will give a fresh boost to mutually beneficial Russian-Armenian relation.
The presidential press service said president ys Sargsyan has received also congratulatory messages from Chinese President Xi Jinping, Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev, Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko, Indian President Pranab Mukherjee, Russian prime minister Dmitry Medvedev, Tajik and Turkemn presidents and other leaders.
Nagorno-Karabakh Republic president bako Sahakyan also sent his well wishes to Sargsyan on behalf of the people of Artsakh, noting that the president of Armenia contributed greatly to the foundation and development of the two Armenian republics. -0-
