Armenia's foreign trade turnover increased by 1.7% from January to July, reaching $11.5 billion

Armenia's foreign trade turnover in January-July 2026 amounted to $11,538.2 million, an increase of 1.7% compared to the same period in 2025, the Statistical Committee reports.

YEREVAN, August 25. /ARKA/. Armenia's foreign trade turnover in January-July 2026 amounted to $11,538.2 million, an increase of 1.7% compared to the same period in 2025, the Statistical Committee reports.

In July of this year, the figure increased by 6.7% compared to July of last year, and by 9.2% compared to June of this year.

For the 2026 reporting period, foreign trade turnover in dram equivalent amounted to 4,304.4 billion drams. Armenia's exports from January to July 2026 decreased by 7.9% compared to the same period in 2025, amounting to $4,035.7 million. In July, compared to July last year, a 15.7% decline was recorded, while compared to June this year, exports increased by 5.3%. In dram equivalent, exports for the seven months of 2026 amounted to 1,506.8 billion drams.

Imports for January to July amounted to $7,502.5 million, an increase of 7.7% compared to the same period in 2025. In July, imports increased by 21.5% year-on-year and by 11.1% month-on-month. In dram equivalent, imports for the seven months amounted to 2,797.6 billion drams.
