An Armenian serviceman died from gunshot wound while on sentry duty on Thursday, the press office of Armenia’s ministry of defense reported.
YEREVAN, August 29. /ARKA/. An Armenian serviceman died from gunshot wound while on sentry duty on Thursday, the press office of Armenia’s ministry of defense reported.
A draftee 19-year old Vladimir Hayrapetyan was found wounded with penetrating head injury at one of the posts a military unit, says the report.
Criminal charges have been brought over the case under part 3 of Article 365 of the criminal code (violation of duty rules that result in grave consequences). An investigation is under way.
The ministry of defense shares the pain and expresses its support to the family and comrades-in-arms of Vladimir Hayrapetyan, says the report. –0--
