Armenia’s Eurasian economic integration is being discussed now in Sochi, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said Monday as met Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan in Yerevan.

YEREVAN, June 23. /ARKA/. Armenia’s Eurasian economic integration is being discussed now in Sochi, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said Monday as met Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan in Yerevan.
He said he hoped that a good word will come today from Sochi, where appropriate consultations are taking place now.
Lavrov informed the Armenian president about his meeting with Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan, where all the issues on the Armenian-Russian relationship’s agenda were discussed.
The Russian foreign minister assured Sargsyan that Russian President Vladimir Putin is stuck to the commitments assumed at the latest meetings.
Sargsyan, in return, expressed confidence that this visit of Lavrov, just like hi previous visits, will produce favorable effect on allied relations between the two countries.
The Armenian president’s press office quoted him as saying that the arrangements made at the meetings with his Russian counterpart will give a strong impetus to cooperation between Armenia and Russia.
The Armenia president said his country is tuned to a serious work to maintain strategic relations between the two nations in accordance with traditions. --0----
