Relations between our two countries have always stood out for their special cordiality and mutual sympathy between our peoples. My recollection of the meeting I had with you in the framework of my 2014 official visit to Argentine are vivid. I am confident that during your presidency we will be able to elevate relations between Armenia and Argentine to a qualitatively new level,” reads Sargsyan’s congratulatory message. -0-
