President of Russia Vladimir Putin appointed Ivan Volinkin as a new ambassador to Armenia, , RIA Novosti reported Friday.
YEREVAN, March 22. /ARKA/. President of Russia Vladimir Putin appointed Ivan Volinkin as a new ambassador to Armenia, , RIA Novosti reported Friday.
Earlier, Volinkin hold a position of Deputy Head of Secretariat General at Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Vyacheslav Kovalenko was the former ambassador of Russia to Armenia, Novosti-Armenia reported referring to the Russian agency. -0-
