Sargsyan appoints new chief to justice ministry’s penal division

YEREVAN, January 29. /ARKA/. Serzh Sargsyan, Armenian president, signed Sunday a decree dismissing Arthur Osikyan as chief of the Armenian justice ministry’s penal division.

By another decree Sargsyan appointed Rafael Hovhannisyan to this position.

Before this appointment, Hovhannisyan was deputy chief at this office. --0---
