According to him, this document is aimed at converging the levels of economic development of the member countries, expanding areas of economic cooperation, improving the regulatory environment and institutions of the union.

He noted that the mechanisms laid down in it for completing the formation of common markets without barriers, exemptions and restrictions are an important factor in the practical achievement of 4 freedoms and increasing the level of cooperation and competitiveness of the national economies of our countries.

“The implementation of the document will serve to strengthen the authority of the union in the world and will undoubtedly contribute to raising its investment and innovation attractiveness,” Pashinyan said.

He also spoke on the creation of a single market for services in the construction sector, stressing that the approval of an action plan in this area is an important step in this direction.

“In the context of the planned events, it is important to develop and conclude an international agreement within the EAEU on the mutual recognition of professional qualifications of leading technical personnel in the construction sector,” Pashinyan said.
