150 lives saved in Armenia under ischemic stroke free treatment program

The Armenian health ministry reported Wednesday about the saving of 151 lives under the apoplexy free treatment program. The ministry says in its press release that the program came into force on February 1 acute and sub acute ischemic stroke.
YEREVAN, August 8. /ARKA/. The Armenian health ministry reported Wednesday about the saving of 151 lives under the apoplexy free treatment program. The ministry says in its press release that the program came into force on February 1 acute and sub acute ischemic stroke.
The public service is in force for 24 hours since the moment of the first signs of ischemic stroke, including the transportation period.
The ministry says that these services are provided in special ischemic centers Erebuni and Heratsi N1 center.
"Some 180 citizens have already been treated under the program, of which 55% are Yerevan residents and the remaining 45% are provincial residents," the ministry says.
In fact, 151 lives were saved, but unfortunately, other 29 people died. The disability rate was decreased. -0---
