YEREVAN, August 24. /ARKA/. No rains are expected across Armenia on August 24-28, the country’s National Weather Service said today.
It said the southeastern winds will be blowing with gusts up to 2-5 m/s. On August 24-25, the wind gusts may reach 14-17 m/s in the foothills of Aragatsotn and in Kotayk and Armavir regions in the evening hours.
The temperatures on August 26-28 will gradually increase by 4-5 degrees. No rains are expected in the capital Yerevan untill the end of the week.
In Yerevan, the temperature will rise to 33-35 degrees Celsius on Wednesday afternoon and to 36-38 degrees in the next four days. -0-
