Armenia’s president expressed his condolences to the family of prominent Armenian actor Azat Gasparyan who died Friday in Yerevan, the presidential press office reported.
YEREVAN, August 5. /ARKA/. Armenia’s president expressed his condolences to the family of prominent Armenian actor Azat Gasparyan who died Friday in Yerevan, the presidential press office reported.
Azat Gasparyan will be best remembered for the brilliant and impressive characters he created in films and theatre performances, says the presidential message.
He worked in the Yerevan puppet Theatre, Young Spectators’ Theatre and the main theatre of Armenia, State Academic Theatre after Sundukian, at different times. His filmography includes well-known Armenian films Heghnar Axghbyur (1970), Mechanics of Happiness (1982), Tango of Our Childhood (1985), Our Yard (1997), Funny Bus (2000) and others.
Azat Gasparyan has been an honourable citizen of Yerevan since 2005.–0—
