Russia’s Rusatom Service has already completed the supply of the first turbo generator for the Armenian Nuclear Power Plant, the company’s press office reported on Tuesday.

YEREVAN, December 12. /ARKA/. Russia’s Rusatom Service has already completed the supply of the first turbo generator for the Armenian Nuclear Power Plant, the company’s press office reported on Tuesday.
The Russia-made turbo generator with related equipment has been supplied in two stages – by sea through Georgia’s Poti and by ground transport to the nuclear power plant.
The new unit will replace the former one, which has been produced in the late 1970s.
Auxiliary systems will be replaced as well.
Rusatom Service is a part of Rosatom State Corporation’s electric energy division.
The Russian company provides the full range of necessary services and supplies to nuclear power plants abroad. --0---
