Over 13,333 real estate transactions registered in Armenia in February

Some 13,333 real estate transactions were effected in Armenia in February 2016, the Armenian State Real Estate Cadastre reported on Thursday.

YEREVAN, March 31. /ARKA/. Some 13,333 real estate transactions were effected in Armenia in February 2016, the Armenian State Real Estate Cadastre reported on Thursday.
February’s number is 37.2% greater than that of January.
The largest number of real estate transactions in February was registered in Yerevan – 34.9% of the total number, and the smallest number in Vayots Dzor – 2.5%.
Kotayk province accounted for 10.1% of the total number, Ararat province for 8%, Armavir for 8%, Gegharkunik for 7.4%, Lori for 6.8%, Shirak for 6.5%, Syunik for 6%, Aragatsotn for 5.4% and Tavush for 4.4%.
According to the report, immovable property alienation transactions made up 29.2% of the total number of real estate transactions registered in Armenia in February, primary registration transactions 12%, inheritance transactions 13.1%, mortgage transactions 11.1%, leasing 5.2% and other registrations 29.4%. --0----
