Over AMD 11 billion seized by Armenia’s compulsory enforcement service in 1st H 2015

Armenia’s Compulsory Enforcement Service seized over AMD 11 billion in the first half of 2015 against AMD 9 billion at the same period a year earlier, the press office of the service reported on Friday.

YEREVAN, July 10. /ARKA/. Armenia’s Compulsory Enforcement Service seized over AMD 11 billion in the first half of 2015 against AMD 9 billion at the same period a year earlier, the press office of the service reported on Friday.
According to the report, 379,333 enforcement proceedings were instituted in Jan-June 2015 against 115,306 at the same period a year before.
Properties worth AMD 3 billion were seized in favor of the government budget and properties worth AMD 6.8 billion in favor of legal entities and AMD 796 million for individuals.
Besides, AMD 764.5 million was restored on enforcement proceedings of non-property nature and AMD 643.3 million in response to suits.
The total amount of completed and enforcement proceedings is AMD 240,629 against AMD 85,914 in 2014. ---0---
