Sanitek continues removing snow from Yerevan streets and yards by using advanced equipment, Argishti Tigranyan, operational director of the company, said Thursday at a news conference.
YEREVAN, February 16. /ARKA/. Sanitek continues removing snow from Yerevan streets and yards by using advanced equipment, Argishti Tigranyan, operational director of the company, said Thursday at a news conference.
“We don’t say that our results are ideal, but we continue working to make them ideal,” he said. “However, it is impossible to have completely clean roads and pavements amid the ongoing snowfall.”
In his words, some 150 units of snow-removing machinery are used in Yerevan and the company intends to increase this number.
Hrayr Antonyan, a Yerevan municipal official, on his side, said that unlike the previous years, this year not a single road has been closed in the capital.
“And this is our achievement,” he said. “I can say for sure that not only roads, but also yards are being cleaned.” --0---
