The Armenian Center for Hydrometeorology and Monitoring said occasional rains and thunderstorms are expected in some parts of the country on June 8 afternoon, and in most parts on June 9-12.
YEREVAN, June 8. /ARKA/. The Armenian Center for Hydrometeorology and Monitoring said occasional rains and thunderstorms are expected in some parts of the country on June 8 afternoon, and in most parts on June 9-12.
The speed of the southwestern winds is 2-5 m/s. During the thunderstorms it may accelerate to 18-23 m/s. The temperatures will gradually decrease by 5-7 degrees by June 9. Thunder showers are possible in Yerevan on June 8-12 evening hours and at night.
On Wednesday afternoon the temperature in the capital will be 31-33 degrees and by Sunday it will drop to 27-29 degrees. -0-
