Armenia’s national football squad has improved its position in FIFA ranking by 23 notches and with 534 points it occupies now the 66th place, according to the official website of the International Football Federation.

YEREVAN, July 4. / ARKA /. Armenia’s national football squad has improved its position in FIFA ranking by 23 notches and with 534 points it occupies now the 66th place, according to the official website of the International Football Federation.

Armenia’s rivals in World Cup qualifying games occupy the following positions: Italy is 6th, Denmark is 27th, the Czech Republic is 26th, Bulgaria is 52nd and Malta is 133rd.

The top ten FIFA rankings for July 4 is as follows:

1. Spain - 1532 points,

2. Germany - 1273

3. Colombia - 1206

4. Argentina - 1204

5. Netherlands - 1180

6. Italy - 1142

7. Portugal - 1099

8. Croatia - 1098,

9. Brazil - 1095

10. Belgium - 1079
