On the eve of New Year holidays Rostelecom in Armenia has announced the launch of a new TV project designed specifically for its subscribers.

YEREVAN, December 28. /ARKA/. On the eve of New Year holidays Rostelecom in Armenia has announced the launch of a new TV project designed specifically for its subscribers.

According to a company’s press release,  together with Armenian Shant TV  Rostelecom in Armenia  will unveil a new project  at the end of December 2016- the Shant Premium TV, which will be broadcast exclusively in the company's network and in the best HD quality.

The company said also that all its subscribers will be provided with exclusive right to watch famous  soap operas a day before they come out on  the main  channel, and watch them without advertisements. In addition, Rostelecom in Armenia subscribers will be able to view a program they like at any convenient time of the day by using the TV on Demand service.

Other advantages of this project are  the excellent quality of broadcasting that allows TV viewers  to watch the programs in a brighter and more colorful format.

The Shant Premium channel  will  feature  the most popular sitcoms, favorite shows, which will be  updated on a regular basis, thus providing TV viewers with possibility to have access to new  TV projects of Premium quality.

"Cooperation with Shant TV  will allow our customers to  be one step ahead of the clock and watch high-quality and spectacular programs and projects", - GNC-ALFA CEO Hayk Faramazyan said.

GNC-ALFA began promotion and sale of broadband Internet, IP-TV and a new generation of IP-telephony in Armenia under the brand of Rostelecom from 2012 December. The company’s fiber-optic network covers 80% of the territory of Armenia, extending to more than 2,500 km.  The network is connected to the main regional backbones and major traffic exchange sites, as well as international channels via Georgia and Iran. -0
