Armenia is nominated for the PATWA International Tourism Award in the "Adventure Tourism" category, according to the Tourism Committee of Armenia.

YEREVAN, March 3. /ARKA/. Armenia is nominated for the PATWA International Tourism Award in the "Adventure Tourism" category, according to the Tourism Committee of Armenia.
The award is given to international organizations, brands, ministers, and individuals who are pioneers in the field.
It is noted that the winners will be announced at ITB Berlin 2025 (the world’s leading travel exhibition, which will take place from March 4-6 this year).
In 2024, Armenia welcomed 2.208 million tourists (a 4.6% decrease compared to 2023). The majority of tourists come from Russia (about 40%), followed by Georgia and Iran.
