YEREVAN, August 10. /ARКА/. China Southern Airlines has officially inaugurated an office in Yerevan, aiming to broaden its operations within the country and foster air travel between Armenia and China.

The newly established office in Yerevan is set to enhance services for passengers and partners, while also increasing the airline's collaboration with government entities, the airport, tourism organizations, and other local stakeholders, as reported by Armenpress.

The opening ceremony was attended by representatives from the Chinese Embassy in Armenia, the Civil Aviation Committee, the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure, the Ministry of Economy, Armenia International Airports CJSC, along with members from the business sector, the tourism industry, and various other organizations.

Attendees emphasized the growth of air travel between Armenia and China, highlighting the significance of aviation in promoting tourism, business, and cultural exchanges.

Currently, China Southern Airlines operates six flights weekly between Armenia and China. -0-
