YEREVAN, March 13. /ARKA/. The cost of tourist trips to Armenia for Russians in February 2024 was up 5.2% compared to January, TASS news agency reported citing Russian statistical service.

The most expensive vacation for Russian citizens was in Egypt, which rose - by 14.4%, in Turkey it upped by 10.9%, in the UAE - by 6.4%.

A trip to Abkhazia and Georgia will cost 5.2% more, to Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan - by 4.5%, to Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand - by 1.3%, to Belarus - by 0.8%.-0-

117,000 tourists visited Armenia in February: Tourist flow decreased

In February 2025, Armenia was visited by 117,372 tourists, compared to 127,241 tourists in February 2024, according to the Tourism Committee.
