Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Ministry refuted a set of false statements, one of which was made by Azerbaijani National Security Service claiming that a Nagorno-Karabakh sabotage group penetrated into Azerbaijani-controlled territory and planted an anti-tank mine at the 58th km of the Ahmedbeyli-Fizuli-Shushi road that killed two civilians on September 18.
