Armenia and Russia discuss establishing light industry joint venture

Russian state-owned Rosneft and Armenian Oil Techno companies signed in Yerevan today an agreement to set up a joint venture that will deal with marketing and delivery of petroleum products. Armenian Prime Minister of Armenia Tigran Sargsyan was present at the signing ceremony. Some Ukrainian companies would like to establish joint ventures in Armenia, Dmitry Kolesnikov, head of the Ukrainian State Agency for Management of State Corporate Rights and Property, said to journalists in Yerevan today after the sixth session of the Armenian-Ukrainian intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation.
