Ameria Asset management merges with Cascade Investment

Ameria Asset Management (formerly Ameria Invest), a member of Ameria Group of Companies, has announced the successful completion of a merger with Cascade Investments, Ameria said in a statement. As a result, Ameria Asset Management is now the successor of Cascade Investments.

As a result, Ameria Asset Management is now the successor of Cascade Investments.
"This important deal comes to confirm the desire of Ameria Group of Companies to become a dynamic leader in the financial sector of the region," the statement said.
Cascade Investments played an important role in the development of Armenia’s investment market management. It was the first to have introduced a set of new services in asset and investment management.
“Thanks to this transaction Ameria Asset Management will expand the range of its services, and will help attract also many new customers to participate in the first share fund, which is expected to be presented to the market in the IV quarter of 2013,’ the statement said.
"By combining the best practices of the two companies, Ameria Asset Management will create new opportunities for the development of the investment management market and better services for its customers," the statement says.
Ameria Asset Management provides investment management and consulting services to institutional clients in the Caucasus, as well as to individuals.
