Delegation of South Caucasus Railways CJSC takes part in Russian Railways’ 7th annual youth congress

A delegation of the South Caucasus Railways CJSC has taken part in the Russian Railways OJSC’s 7th annual youth congress held from September 9 to 15 in Moscow, the press office of the South Caucasus Railways reports.
YEREVAN, September 18. /ARKA/. A delegation of the South Caucasus Railways CJSC has taken part in the Russian Railways OJSC’s 7th annual youth congress held from September 9 to 15 in Moscow, the press office of the South Caucasus Railways reports.
Some 500 young specialists at the company’s regional divisions as well as delegates from foreign railways companies and companies producing railway equipment have attended the event.
Delegates of the South Caucasus Railways were included in the international section. They read out a report about their company activity results, innovation projects, human resources policy and development prospects.
They also took part in a festival of national cultures and visited the Fourth International Railway Salon EXPO 1520.
The Russian Railways OJSC started holding youth congresses in 2007 as part of its program for the youth.
South Caucasus Railways, a 100-percent subsidiary of Russian Railways, runs Armenian Railway.
Armenian Railways was handed over to the South Caucasus Railways on February 13, 2008 for 30-year concession management with a right to prolong the management term for other 10 years. ----0---
