Some companies with government participation to be privatized

At a cabinet session today Armenian Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan asked the heads of ministries and government departments to submit the list of commercial organizations with state participation which should be included in the state property privatization program.
YEREVAN, December 15. /ARKA/. At a cabinet session today Armenian Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan asked the heads of ministries and government departments to submit the list of commercial organizations with state participation which should be included in the state property privatization program.
He said the list should be discussed with the State Property Management Department and submitted to government’s consideration within three weeks.
"This decision is necessary to stimulate attraction of investments, assistance in solving production problems, in particular, creation of jobs and a significant increase in the quality of services", - said Karapetyan.
In this regard, Karapetyan instructed the head of the State Property Management Department Arman Sahakyan to summarize the to be made proposals and revise the list of privatization of state property. -0-
