Prosperous Armenia nominates new minister of labor and social affairs

President Serzh Sargsyan signed today a decree to dismiss Mkhitar Mnatsakanian as minister of labor and social affairs, the presidential press office reported.
YEREVAN, June 23, /ARKA/. President Serzh Sargsyan signed today a decree to dismiss Mkhitar Mnatsakanian as minister of labor and social affairs, the presidential press office reported.
Mkhitar Mnatsakanian, was appointed to the post on the quota of Prosperous Armenia party in 2099 November. He filed a resignation application on Monday.
The Prosperous Armenia has nominated Arthur Grigorian, head of an Auditing Chamber department, for the vacancy.
When the ARF Dashnaktsutyun left the coalition government, this post was transferred to the Prosperous Armenia, since then Mkhitar MnatsakanIan is the second minister nominated by the Prosperous Armenia who has resigned from this post.
By the way, the ARF minister Aghvan Vardanian held the post from 2003 to 2008. He was replaced by Arsen Hambardzumian from the ARF, but resigned after the party left the coalition. -0-
