US President Donald Trump, on the social media platform TruthSocial, expressed his support for Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and announced his intention to develop cooperation between the US and Armenia.

"Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, a great friend and leader, is making his country strong, prosperous, and very secure. He fully shares my vision for peace and prosperity for Armenia and the entire South Caucasus," Trump wrote.
He also stated that US Secretary of State Marco Rubio recently visited Armenia, where he promoted several important agreements between the two countries.
Furthermore, the US President announced that the United States and Armenia will soon jointly launch the Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity (TRIPP), which will transform the South Caucasus and help American energy companies gain access from Central Asia to the United States.
Trump also pledged his "full and unconditional support" for Pashinyan's reelection on June 7, 2026.
"With Nikol, we will elevate the US, Armenia, the South Caucasus, and Central Asia to unprecedented levels. Make (Armenia) Great Again — MAGA!" the American leader's post read.
The Armenian Prime Minister shared Trump's post on his social media and thanked Trump for his "friendly words" after his statement of support.
"I thank President Trump for his high praise and friendly words," Pashinyan wrote on social media, accompanying the post with emojis of the Armenian and US flags.
