Armenia’s foreign minister Edward Nalbandyan will participate in the 21st meeting of the OSCE Ministerial Council in Basel on December 4-5, the press office of the Armenian foreign ministry reported.

On Wednesday Nalbandyan is expected to meet with OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs in the evening.
