YEREVAN, January 25. /ARKA/. Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan signed a decree today dismissing Arakel Martikyan as Deputy Chief of General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces.

According to another presidential decree, Samvel Movsisyan has been appointed as new Deputy Chief of General Staff, Head of Intelligence Department. Before this promotion, Movsisyan served as Deputy Head of Intelligence Department of the General Staff. --0--
