Final results of Yerevan city council election already known

The Central Electoral Commission of Armenia has released Sunday the final results of the early Yerevan city council elections held on September 23.
YEREVAN, October 1. /ARKA/. The Central Electoral Commission of Armenia has released Sunday the final results of the early Yerevan city council elections held on September 23.
According to the committee, no irregularities able to impact the results had been recorded in the election.
My Step bloc won a sweeping victory – it will have 57 seats in the city council.
Prosperous Armenia party obtained only five seats and Luys bloc three.
Earlier, Tigran Mukuchyan, the chairman of the commission, said 370,365 (43.66%) of 848,343 city residents eligible to vote went to the polls on September 23.
Twelve political parties and blocs were racing for membership in the city council and for the mayor’s seat - Prosperous Armenia party with its mayor candidate Naira Zohrabyan scored 6.95%; Yerevan Community with Anahit Tarkhanyan scored only 0.69%; Yerean Residents with Ararat Zurabyan 0.82%; Yerkir Tsirani with Zaruhi Postanjyan 1.39%; Heritage party with Raffi Hovhannisyan 0.75%; Democratic Way party with Manvel Gasparyan 0.22%; My Step bloc with Hayk Marutyan 81.5%; Luys bloc with Artak Zeynalyan 4.99%; Armenian Revolutionary Federation/Dashnaktsutyun with Mikael Manukyan 1.62%; Hayk party with Gevorg Hovsepyan 0.19%; Reformists Party with Artak Avetyan 0.22% and Orinats Yerkir with Mher Shahgeldyan 1.09%. --0----
