YEREVAN, September 6. /ARKA/. Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan congratulated Andrii Sybiha on his appointment as Ukraine’s new Foreign Minister.

In a post on X, Mirzoyan expressed his optimism about future collaboration between Armenia and Ukraine with Sybiha in office.

"Congratulations to Andrii Sybiha on his appointment as Ukraine's Minister of Foreign Affairs. I look forward to our cooperation and further development of relations between Armenia and Ukraine," Mirzoyan wrote.

Sybiha replaced Dmytro Kuleba, who resigned from the position on Wednesday.
