YEREVAN, August 31. /ARKA/. During a meeting with Tajik President Emomali Rahmon in Bishkek, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan emphasized the need to develop bilateral trade and economic cooperation.

According to the Armenian government's press service, Pashinyan noted with satisfaction the high level of bilateral political dialogue. The two leaders also emphasized the importance of the intergovernmental commission's work.

Rahmon noted the importance of developing ties with Armenia in various fields and expressed confidence in the further expansion of bilateral cooperation through joint efforts.

The two leaders exchanged views on issues of mutual interest and discussed regional processes and events.
