Ruling RPA ready to panel on rational proposals with other parliamentary forces

The ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) is ready to sit at negotiating table with all the political forces of the parliament to discuss any rational proposal directed to the nation’s well being and country’s prosperity, according to the statement released by the Party’s Executive Body

The ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) is ready to sit at negotiating table with all the political forces of the parliament to discuss any rational proposal directed to the nation’s well being and country’s prosperity, according to the statement released by the Party’s Executive Body
“Taking the Constitutional responsibility and being a parliamentary majority, we continue fostering public solidarity and multilateral cooperation,” the statement says.
The Party noted that entering the parliament by landslide victory on May 6, Republicans expanded their duties in the social and political life of the country.
“I gives us an opportunity to implement our programs, ensure stable and sustainable development for Armenia while becoming the main guarantee of society’s aspirations and expected changes,” the source informs.
Republican Party also expresses its gratitude to the peoples and political forces for making this elections fair. “We are thankful for the trust and assessment given to our party. Republicans will complete a series of political consultations for enhancing some positive environment that appeared after the elections, and will also foster cooperation development,” the Body said.
They also added that throughout the Party’s 20-year activity the Republicans tried to make everything possible to find solutions to the issues having priority for the country, and it will continue implementing all its programs targeted at brining change and prosperity to Armenia.
The Republican Party of Armenia was registered in 1991. Its chairman is president Serzh Sargsyan. The party has a prime-minister and seven ministers in the government. The speaker of the National Assembly and one of the deputy speakers are also members of the ruling party.
The Republican Party of Armenia received the majority of votes resulting in getting 69 seats in the parliament ( 40 under proportional, and 29 under majoritarian system). --0--
