SCR announces open international contest on car technical maintenance

YEREVAN, May 7. /ARKA/. South Caucasus Railway (SCR) CJSC announces an open international contest on car technical maintenance and repair. This refers however to the vehicles of Mitsubishi. Toyota, Audi, Mercedes-Benz brands as well as manufactured in Russian Federation cars. 

All those individuals who are authorized to make purchases, regardless of being a foreigner, enterprise or having no citizenship, are eligible to participate in the contest. 

The contract validity term is one year. 

According to the contest’s conditions, the payment is made within 30 calendar days after signing an act on the provided services. 

To participate in the contest, an applicant should have a trained certified personnel and necessary technical tools for equipment testing. 

- stretching auto body stand ;

- alignment and balancing stand ; 

- universal diagnostics stand ;

- running a cold engine stand ;

- encoding on-board computer;

- drying equipment ;

All the tools required for car technical maintenance and troubleshooting should have good quality and be original.

Selection criteria are the following:

•Service quality 

•Service terms 

•Service quality warranty term 

•Service quality warranty volume 

•Contract price*

* Prices offered by bidders should be in Republic of Armenia’s national currency and stay fixed throughout the whole contract term. 

 

To participate in the contest an applicant should prepay 5000 drams at 160411023262 current account or 400 rubles at 16041122326800 c/a of VTB Bank (Armenia), Erebuni branch. An applicant will be sent an invitation within two working days after receiving the mentioned amount. 

Applications are accepted within 30 calendar days after the contest announcement at www.ukzhd.am till 12:00 (local time) of the last day in Russian language. Applicants may also submit their applications in Armenian language, however, the Russian translation is required. The application may be submitted via online or printed. 

The necessary documents for applying are:

- completed application form

- authorization to receive it

- copy of state registration certificate of organization

- Personal data (telephone/ fax)

All monetary activities are calculated in Armenian national currency. 

Contract with the winners will be endorsed in AMD ( for the residents of Armenia) or other currency ( for non-residents) in accordance with the official exchange rate on that particular day.

The winners of the contest will be announced within 14 days after the deadline. The applications that don’t meet selection criteria will be rejected. 

The contest coordinator is authorized to make changes in contest documents, stop the contest or reject all applications without giving any explanation. -0-
